• How do I receive my keys?

  We will send CD Keys to your email. Usually your PayPal email is the priority mailbox we choose to send CD Keys to, for it’s could be seen in the billing information. And of course we welcome the email address you prefer to use very much.
  Usually all of our CD Keys’ delivery time is set within 12 hours. If you still can’t receive our CD Keys after 24 hours, we suggest you check your “spam box” firstly OR contact us and offer another normal email, such as @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @hotmail.com, for some E-mail System may block mails from unknown sources.

• Returns:

  It’s because the CD Key is different with general merchandise, we couldn't determine easily whether it’s ok, or not. We now accept replacement for only one time if we find there’s indeed something wrong with our cd key.
  If needed, you must apply for a replacement WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER YOU BUY OUR PRODUCTS, or we’ll have to ignore it. Besides, when you send us an email to report any problem, you need to make one snap picture of the trouble interface and send it to us as an accessory. We will figure out whether to accept your exchanging application or not. Thanks very much for your understanding.

• Others:

  Sometimes, some NEW players can't use our CD Keys and think our keys are invalid. We suggest you ask a long-time game player to active your game on battle.net. In this case, NO REFUNDS are allowed for ANY reason once the cd keys are sent to you.
